We were beyond impressed with this company! Their employee, Brayden, was an excellent communicator before and after the event so I didn't have to worry about having things set up/torn down in time. He was so kind and super fast! Thank you, Bounceup Ohio for helping our event be successful!

BounceUp Ohio was amazing to work with, from start to finish! They were easy to reach out to, communicating via text and providing guidance on the bounce house / water slide combos best suited for my son’s age range. They sent helpful reminders. The crew arrived timely and handled all set up. Provided clear instructions and safety rules. Equipment was clean and worked without issue. Kids had an absolute blast - and the parents did, too! Arrived timely for pick up. I appreciated their guidance on how to prevent/reduce mud spots in our lawn and the overall care they showed our property. I highly recommend BounceUp Ohio and will absolutely be using them again. My husband even commented that “this is the way to do bounce houses - renting is so much easier than trying to tear down and keep bounce house clean.”

Best experience I have ever had renting a bounce house for an event. The crew is efficient, polite and very professional. They honor their appointments and are very responsive to questions. I appreciated their flexibility, and their variety of event supplies is great! Would recommend and would book again. Best service.

We rented one of the 24’ slides for a weekend and had an absolute blast! Best customer service & pricing around. Owner is very involved and communicative. The crew that set up & tore down also did a great job. Thank you!
