Very impressed with the company and their service. Beginning with the initial phone conversation they were polite and professional. The experience of delivery, setting up, and ultimately tearing down of the rental was awesome with me not having to lift a finger. The bounce house was in perfect condition and the kids LOVED it! I will absolutely not hesitate to rent from BounceUp Ohio again!

This was our second time using this company for our kids birthday party. I won’t use another bounce house company. They are very quick to answer, very nice and do all of the setup and tear down. No work on your end! I highly recommend using them for all of your party needs!

BounceUp Ohio was wonderful!! They responded quickly to my messages, called me the night before and morning of to confirm delivery time and my honestly favorite part was that they cleaned the bounce house once it was set up! I’m so thankful for that extra step they took to help keep the germs and dirt away! This was definitely the cleanest bounce house I have ever seen. It was a perfect little treat for my Little Mans 2nd birthday! Definitely highly recommend!!!!!

Absolutely loved my experience with this company. After another company cancelled on us at the last minute, BounceUp Ohio got in touch with me quickly and made the last-minute salvaging of my event smooth and stress free. I actually cried after after talking to them and finding out they could help us. They were so kind to me. The delivery guys were polite and professional. Every bit of the process came with amazing communication from the company. I could not have asked for a better experience, especially with it being only 24 hours before my event! Thank you!!!

This company is top notch. The booking process was convenient and seamless. The cost is very affordable.The communication leading up to delivery was tremendous. The delivery, by Richard, was fantastic. He was very personable and explained everything in detail. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.
